At our Sleep By Jennie Wellbeing Studio, we offer 1:1 consultations with assessments, advice and real strategies to help you sleep better.

Small Group workshops

We can offer small group workshops either at our Sleep By Jennie Wellbeing studio or via Zoom, these sessions are a great way to learn how to sleep better, I have been told the small groups help people to feel they are not alone and others often have tips that they share with each other.

The Shop

At our Sleep By Jennie Wellbeing Studio we have a retail section with products and gifts to help you sleep better. We are working on having an online shop for these products, this summer.
