About Me

I have 16 years experience as an Occupational Therapist working in London, United Kingdom.

I am registered with the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and The Health and Care Professions Council.

During my time as an Occupational Therapist, as well as working as an Occupational Therapist, I have also held a managerial role in a charity working with adults who have various disabilities. This role included responsibility for arranging all aspects of holidays both in the UK and abroad, managing staff and enabling people to live meaningful lives doing the things they wanted to without barriers. I also ran weekly relaxation sessions.

I specialise in Pain Management/Rehabilitation and have experience working with people who have Arthritis, Hypermobility, Back pain and other orthopaedic conditions. I specialised in helping patients to return to work, sleep issues, managing at home and leisure activities.

I have recently been elected onto the Royal College of Occupational Therapists specialist section for independent practice and am an NEC committee member / training lead for the Start Up And Succeed course.

I am an approved trainer and offer workplace training on managing stress at work, team building and communication skills.

"As an Occupational Therapist, I can enable my clients to live life in a way that is meaningful to them."

I have a vested interest in Stress Management and reducing stress both for employers and individuals, to enable employees to remain productive and happy at work.

I am experienced in Stress Management and can offer assessments, treatment programmes and education/training from an Occupational Therapy perspective.

Helping you to live life your way!
